Visiativ announces the acquisition of SOLIDEXPERT, a long-standing independent distributor and integrator of SOLIDWORKS and 3DEXPERIENCE software in Poland. This acquisition aligns with its SHIFT5 strategic plan and its ambition to expand international operations, which accounted for 38% of total sales outside France in 2024. Already active in Poland through the establishment of Visiativ Poland in 2024 and its CONSULTING business (ABGi), Visiativ is further strengthening its footprint in Central Europe with the addition of SOLIDEXPERT.
Founded in 2002 by Andrzej Banaś, SOLIDEXPERT is the first value-added reseller (VAR) of SOLIDWORKS software and the 3DEXPERIENCE platform in Poland. This acquisition reinforces Visiativ’s position as a key player in the implementation and integration of Dassault Systèmes solutions.
SOLIDEXPERT employs 70 people across six locations in Poland: Kraków (headquarters), Warsaw, Rzeszów, Gdańsk, Białystok and Poznań (the latest being dedicated to training only).
Over the past 24 years, the company has built strong relationships with nearly 4,000 customers across key industries, including industrial automation & robotics, transportation & automotive, energy, and production & logistics. Customers will now benefit from Visiativ’s unique value proposition.
